Italian - Lamb

seasoned with salt, Sun-dried tomatoes, fennel, a mixture of red, black and cayenne peppers, brown sugar, caraway seed, coriander, fresh garlic and oregano. Excellent on its own, as the meat component for spaghetti sauce or other tomato-based dishes, or with macaroni or potato salads. (Fresh or smoked pork; smoked lamb; smoked turkey)
