Very lean but a bit on the bland side
I used these in my Italian gravy on Sunday but unfortunately they didn't have the taste I was looking for.  If you're a Mainah i'm sure you will enjoy these.  I'm a true Italian from Brooklyn NY so they're not quite like home.  But they are still good and very lean.  I wish they would make a hot spicy one with more Fennel, paprika, and Italian flavoring.  I'd buy 10 pounds!
