Irish - Turkey

A taste o' the Emerald Isle. Pork, soy, thyme, salt, marjoram, basil, rosemary, mace, ginger and pepper. Serve with homefried potatoes and eggs for breakfast or with your favorite potato and vegetable dishes for lunch or dinner. (Fresh or smoked pork; smoked lamb; smoked turkey)
