Another winner!
Slightly spicy but not hot and a wonderful flavor combination. We had this for supper tonight (along with locally grown potatoes and apples, and fresh bread from the farmer's market!) and it was as excellent as everything we've ever bought from the Sausage Kitchen.
We live close enough to make a couple of trips a year to stock up the freezer. Your sausage is super lean and freezes really well. We'll definitely be back for more!
