Spanish/Creole lamb sausage. Contains pork, onion, garlic, salt, cayenne pepper, chili pepper, crushed red pepper, pepper sauce, thyme, parsley, bay leaf and allspice. It's great with white, red or black beans, or as a breakfast sausage with eggs. (Smoked pork only)
