A finely textured pork sausage made with salt, whole milk, fresh eggs, white pepper, mace, ginger and nutmeg. Serve hot as an entr�e with potato or rice and vegetables, or sliced cold for snacking with crackers, rye bread, sharp cheese and hot mustard. (Fresh or smoked pork)
